The single question of will construction raised by these four appeals is whether the corpus is distributable to grandchildren per capita or per stirpes.
Testator placed his residuary estate in trust to pay half the net rents, income and profits to his wife for life, and upon her death, to hold the principal in accordance with his provisions respecting the remaining half of his residuary estate.
