MEMORANDUM & ORDER
NICHOLAS G. GARAUFIS, District Judge.
In this Opinion, the court considers Plaintiffs’ Motions for Summary Judgment for backpay damages and several other issues relating to the individual claims process. Upon due consideration, the court denies Plaintiffs’ Motions but does find there is no genuine issue as to the amount of aggregate pre-mitigation wage backpay owed through 2010.
