Reversing.

The appellant, a physician, after successfully practicing his profession in and around Walton, Boone County, Kentucky, for about eight years, concluded' to seek a change of location. At this time he was enjoying a practice from which he was realizing about $3,600.00 per annum. Appellee, also a physician, after practicing his profession for several years at Sardis, Mason County, Kentucky, made up his mind to seek another -field for a location.
