Thereafter, upon motion, in tbe alleged exercise of its equity jurisdiction in a law and fact appeal, tbe court granted a request for a temporary restraining order restraining tbe defendant-appellees from attempting to secure satisfaction of a judgment previously entered by the Court of Common Pleas in their favor, tbe validity of which judgment is tbe subject of tbe action here appealed.
