OPINION AND ORDER
PAPAK, United States Magistrate Judge:
Plaintiffs William Sizer, Shawna Davis, and Samuel McCormick filed this action in state court against New England Life Insurance Company (“New England”), Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. (“Metlife”), New England’s parent company, and Michelle Warnes, managing partner of New England’s local branch office, arising out of their recruitment to become independent contractor insurance agents with New England. Sizer and Davis have reported settling their claims with defendants, leaving only McCormick’s claims in dispute. (# 70.) McCormick alleges…
