Troy Anthony Patterson appeals his conviction by jury of attempted murder (Pen. Code, 1 §§ 664/187), robbery (§211), attempted robbery (§§ 664/211), and possession of a sawed-off shotgun (§ 12020, subd. (a)) with enhancements for firearm use (§§ 12022, subd. (a), 12022.5).
