Anderson filed a negligence lawsuit against otolaryngologist Dr. Donald Paugh and Wenatchee Valley Medical Center PS, anesthesiologist Dr. Linda Schatz and Wenatchee Anesthesia Associates, Central Washington Hospital, and medical device manufacturer Medtronic Inc. and Medtronic Xomed Inc.
