Plaintiffs Carol Foster and Theo Foreman bring a class action suit under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 ("ERISA"), 29 U.S.C. §§ 1001, et seq. , on behalf of participants and beneficiaries of the Adams and Associates Employee Stock Ownership Plan ("ESOP").
