Davis (hereinafter and collectively, "Relators"), seek a writ of prohibition to prevent the circuit court from taking any further action other than ordering a legal malpractice action instituted by Donald, Dolores, and Michael Twillman (hereinafter, "Plaintiffs") to be transferred from St. Louis City to St. Charles County, where Relators maintain Plaintiffs were first injured.
