John Conte v. Thomas H. Roberts

This is a petition for a writ of certiorari brought by Thomas H. Roberts, Joseph Scuncio and Benjamin P. Moulton, as members of the bureau of police and fire of the city of Providence, and is directed to the superior court for the counties of Providence and Bristol.
