This cause is before the court upon the plaintiff’s motion to reopen judgment and to amend the complaint to add a damage claim on behalf of John J. Rivera, the minor son of the plaintiff’s decedent. The plaintiff, Mary Rivera, has filed this motion pursuant to Rule 60(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
