—Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed August 23, 2002, which ruled that claimant was disqualified from receiving unemployment insurance benefits because he voluntarily left his employment without good cause.
Claimant resigned from his employment as a waiter following his family’s request that he return to his native Japan to help care for his disabled mother. Two days after his resignation, however, claimant was informed that alternate arrangements had been made for his mother’s care, rendering his relocation unnecessary.
