Admitting to sufficient facts to warrant a conviction of possession of heroin with intent to distribute, the defendant was sentenced to two years in a house of correction, with ninety days to be served and the balance suspended to August 25, 1997. After ninety days, he was released on probation, one of the conditions of which was adherence to Federal, State, and local laws. The defendant was arrested on April 30, 1996, on a complaint of breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and possession of burglarious tools.
