Plaintiff, a resident” of Connecticut, brings this action against defendant, a registered broker dealer and investment advis- or with its principal place of business in New York. Plaintiff’s second amended compláint cites three counts, two based on the federal securities law and one based on pendent state jurisdiction, for the actions of defendant’s employee, Frank M.
