SULLIVAN, Judge.

11 Plaintiffs seek review of a judgment, which granted Defendants’ declinatory exception of improper venue.1 We deny the writ and affirm the trial court’s judgment.

Facts

Plaintiffs are the owners of undivided working interests in and to certain oil, gas, and mineral leases, which cover and affect lands in the Deer Island Field of Terre-bonne Parish, Louisiana.
