Appellant, Albert Beeecher Miller, commenced this declaratory judgment action against the Respondent, The Stuyvesant Insurance Company, to determine the rights and obligations of the parties under a certain contract of liability insurance. Appellant, Juanita Greene, was made a party defendant as she is an interested third party, having filed suit against Miller for damages resulting from an automobile accident.
