ORDER ON MOTION TO EXTEND TIME TO FILE COMPLAINT TO OBTAIN A DETERMINATION OF NONDIS-CHARGEABILITY

This is a Chapter 11 case, and the matter under consideration is a Motion to Extend the Time to File a Complaint, seeking to obtain a determination of nondischargeability of a debt pursuant to § 523(c) of the Bankruptcy Code.
