MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER

MISHLER, District Judge.

Plaintiff Donald Voorhees, a former Village of Rockville Centre police officer, brings this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983, 1985 and 1988, seeking injunctive and declaratory relief, as well as punitive damages and attorney’s fees, for the alleged deprivation of his federal constitutional rights.
