The appellants contend that Boehme was guilty of negligence as a matter of law, and that the court erred in not changing the several answers, “No” to- “Yes,” to the first question of the special verdict, which answers as returned by the jury exonerated Boehme of negligence as to lookout, control, and management of his truck, failing to yield the right of way to the driver of the plaintiff’s truck, as to entering the intersection in the face of imminent danger, and as to stopping for the arterial.
