This is a proceeding in error to review a judgment for the defendant entered by the circuit court of the United States for the Eastern district of Michigan in a suit for damages for personal injury. William Hardy, the plaintiff in error, and the plaintiff below, was employed by the Sliedden Company, the defendant below, and the defendant in error, as a driver of one of its trucks.
