OPINION

LUMPKIN, Vice Presiding Judge:

Appellant, William Dudley Hughes, was tried by jury for the crime of Bail Jumping After Former Conviction of Two or More Felonies in violation of 22 O.S.1981, § 1110, and 21 O.S.1982, § 51(B), in Case No. CRF-85-803, in the District Court of Oklahoma County. The Appellant was represented by counsel. The jury returned a verdict of guilty and set punishment at sixty-five (65) *183years imprisonment, and the trial court sentenced the Appellant accordingly. From this Judgment and Sentence the Appellant has perfected his appeal to this Court.
