This suit is for personal and property damages sustained as the result of a non-collision type automobile accident. The petitioners are Morris M. Bordelon, Sr. and his wife Ella B. Bordelon. The named defendants are Morris M. Bordelon, Jr., their son, Audubon Insurance Company, New Hampshire Fire Insurance Company, and E. L. Torbert. Audubon Insurance Company was the insurer of Morris M.
