— In the above-captioned complaint in equity, plaintiffs, Jerry M. Baldwin and Joan V. Baldwin, husband and wife (Baldwin), seek to nullify a sheriffs sale of property, located at 1001 Davis Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pa., and to have title to the aforesaid property reinstated in their names. Plaintiffs, Thomas and Judith Salamacha (Salamacha), seek damages for the loss of personal property stored at 1001 Davis Avenue, Pittsburgh, and allegedly destroyed or *507damaged by defendant Paul Suto. A counterclaim1 was filed by Suto against the Salamachas, but was subsequently withdrawn.
