Chris Sensabaugh brought this action for breach of contract in the Circuit Court of Independence County to recover money due under an agent appointment agreement from the defendants Farmers Insurance Exchange, Truck Insurance Exchange, Fire Insurance Exchange, Mid-Century Insurance Company, Farmers New World Life Insurance Company, and Farmers Insurance Company, Incorporated (collectively “Farmers”). Farmers removed this case pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1332, 1441(b), and 1446, and Farmers filed a counterclaim for breach of contract.…
