MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
LUNGSTRUM, District Judge.
Plaintiffs Robert D. Cooper and Jeralde-an Cooper filed this action in state court against defendants Zimmer Holdings, Inc., Zimmer Productions, Inc., Zimmer US, Inc., Zimmer, Inc., and Zimmer Maxon Associates. 1 Plaintiffs assert claims of strict liability, negligence, breach of implied and express warranties, loss of consortium, and a violation of the Kansas Consumer Protection Act, Article 6, § 50-601 et seq.
