The plaintiff, Martha M. Petri, Ad-ministratrix with the Will Annexed of the Estate of Leo F. Petri, deceased, has brought this action for a declaratory judgment as to the ownership of certain shares of corporate stock currently in the possession of the defendant, Minnie Rhein.

The three corporations which issued the stock involved in this suit — Union Carbide and Carbon Corporation, Fitz-Simons & Connell Dredge & Dock Company and Great Lakes Dredge and Dock Company — as well as The Northern Trust Company, which held some of the stock involved as collateral…
