BLACKMAR, Chief .Justice.
The defendant was jury convicted of two counts of forcible rape and one count of forcible sodomy. The court pronounced one life sentence and two consecutive fifteen year sentences. He appealed, assigning four points of error. The court of appeals found that the first three of these were without merit. The fourth point dealt with the consecutive sentences.
