BOWEN, District Judge.

Plaintiff Fred M. Kennedy, as Guardian Ad Litem of Anthony Glover, brings this action against first defendant, Georgia-Carolina Refuse and Waste Company, Inc., and second defendant, American States Insurance Company (American States), for injuries sustained by Anthony Glover in an automobile accident. Subject matter jurisdiction for this action is founded on diversity of citizenship. 28 U.S.C. § 1332.
