The question presented in this motion to modify automatic stay is whether a creditor's prepetition security interest in a debtor’s inventory and proceeds extends to postpetition inventory and proceeds. The instant motion is entitled “Motion for Relief from Automatic Stay to Permit Setoff,” but Ford Motor Credit Company, the mov-ant, has acknowledged that the setoff it seeks is not the same brand referred to in Section 553 of the Bankruptcy Code.
