PLEASANTS, Associate Justice.

Appellee brought this suit to recover damages for mental anguish caused by .the alleged failure of appellant to use reasonable diligence to deliver a telegraphic message announcing the illness of appellee’s child and received by appellant for transmission and delivery to appellee. The amount sued for was $1995.25. The trial in the court below by a jury resulted in a verdict and judgment for plaintiff for the full amount claimed in the petition.
