PERRY, Judge.

In this case we are asked to review the denial of an application for post-conviction relief. After reviewing the record and applicable law, we affirm.

FACTS AND PROCEDURE

In November of 1992, Jose Luiz Sosa pled guilty to one count of felony driving under the influence. I.C. §§ 18-8004 and 18-8005(3). He was sentenced to five years’ incarceration with a minimum period of confinement of one and one-half years.
