[¶ 1] Camden Hills Farm by the Sea, LLC (Camden Hills), appeals from a judgment of the District Court (Rockland, Worth, J.) granting a summary judgment to Kevin R. Hall in his foreclosure action pursuant to 14 M.R.S. § 6321 (2016). On appeal, Camden Hills contends that the District Court should have dismissed Hall’s second foreclosure action as barred by res judicata.
