ORDER AND REASONS
FELDMAN, District Judge.
This is not the first time this Court has heard from the parties involved in this litigation. On December 18, 1989, after extensive settlement discussions, the Court signed an Order of Dismissal and a Consent Judgment was entered settling the federal dispute between the same parties.
In March of 1987, plaintiff, Mrs. Zoila Ortego, filed a suit in federal court against B J-Titan seeking damages under the Jones Act, the general maritime law, and all applicable laws of the State of Louisiana relating to liability, including, but not limited to Louisiana…
