FLETCHER, Chief Judge:

Pursuant to his pleas and in accordance with the terms of a pretrial agreement with the convening authority,1 the appel*61lant was convicted of making a false official statement and presenting a false claim in violation of Articles 107 and 132, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 907 and 932, respectively, at a special court-martial on July 16, 1974.
