Movant appeals the denial of his Rule 24.035 motion without an evidentiary hearing. We affirm.
On February 24, 1988, movant pled guilty to two counts of second degree burglary and single counts of first degree tampering, second degree tampering, and failure to appear. At his sentencing hearing on April 8, 1988, the trial court suspended imposition of sentence and released movant on a two-year term of supervised probation.
