PRENDERGAST, Presiding Judge.
Appellant was convicted of seduction and his punishment fixed at five years confinement in the penitentiary.
The testimony of Miss Hora Grites, the alleged seduced girl, and the appellant, who is alleged to have seduced her, both, without question, shows that they were raised and lived in the same community and knew one another practically all of their lives; that he was about a year and a half older than she; that about March 1, 1910, when she was about sixteen years of age he became her suitor and that a few months thereafter he made love to her, professing to…
