GILMAN, Circuit Judge.

A jury convicted Alfonso Angel of conspiring to both possess and distribute eo-*466eaine and marijuana, all in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846. The district court sentenced Angel to 360 months in prison, followed by 10 years of supervised release.
