Petitioner Bill Dean Carter appeals 1 from a district court order denying his application for a writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Petitioner was convicted in Oklahoma state court of committing and attempting to commit lewd acts with the minor daughters of his girlfriend.
