RODGERS, Senior Judge.1

Markell D. Boulis, D.C., petitions for review of an order of the State Board of Chiropractic (Board) suspending Boulis’s license to practice chiropractic.2 We affirm.

Boulis was granted a license to practice chiropractic in Pennsylvania on November 12, 1991. In September of 1991, the state of Georgia charged Boulis with trafficking cocaine and with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. On December 1,1993, a jury impaneled by the Superior Court of Cobb County, Georgia (Ga. Superior Court) found Boulis guilty of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute…
