I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Robert William Harold (“Plaintiff’) brings this action against defendants alleging various breach of contract and tort claims arising out of a patent sale, and requesting both legal and equitable relief, including a claim pursuant to the Declaratory Judgment Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2201 et seq.
