This action was begun to restrain further proceedings in the matter of the annexation of certain territory to the city of Toledo. On the 22d day of March, 1915, the city council of the city of Toledo passed an ordinance authorizing the annexation to the city of Toledo of certain territory, including West Toledo. Thereafter, on the 29th day of November, 1915, the city solicitor, having been aúthorized so to do, presented to the commissioners of Lucas county a map of the territory to be annexed, and the petition of the city of Toledo setting forth that under the ordinance ■ of ■ the council.…
