Now, for the first time in almost four decades elapsing since its enactment has this Court breathed life into a contract to convey community real estate in obvious disregard of L.1915, c. 84, 1941 Comp. § 65-403, declaring that any conveyance or attempt to convey the same, signed by the husband alone, “shall be void and of no effect.” This it has done by affirming a decree for specific performance of such a contract which admittedly the wife did not sign.
