*466In a condemnation proceeding, the condemnor Village of Port Chester appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Rosato, J.), dated November 16, 2005, which, upon a decision entered October 17, 2005, after a nonjury trial, is in favor of the claimant Megamat Laundromat, Inc. and against it in the principal sum of $993,921, and the claimant Megamat Laundromat, Inc. cross-appeals from the same judgment on the ground of inadequacy.

Ordered that the judgment is reversed, on the law and the facts, without costs or disbursements, and the matter is remitted to the Supreme Court,…
