Dissolving injunction and reversing.

At the primary election in August, 1925, Thad Cheatham was duly nominated as the Democratic candidate for the office of county attorney of Spencer county. He did not file his certificate of nomination 45 days before the November election but the county clerk had his name printed on the official ballot as such nominee and at that election 774 votes were cast for him. There was no opposing candidate on the ballot but a number of voters wrote the name of Amos Williams as a candidate for that office, with a black lead…
