MEMORANDUM OPINION Hdeel Abdelhady, a law professor, fell on a staircase at the George Washington University Law School campus. She promptly filed for workers’ compensation benefits with her employer, George Washington University (GW), which PMA Management Corporation (PMA) helped administer on GW’s behalf.
