MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

FITZWATER, District Judge.

This is an action to recover against two attorneys, and one attorney’s professional corporation, on theories of fraud, abuse of process, conspiracy, and negligent misrepresentation for allegedly-collusive conduct that enabled the plaintiffs in a state-court wrongful death suit to maintain venue in a favorable forum.
