Plaintiff appeals a general judgment in favor of defendant. Plaintiff, Lydia Bergstrom, is the mother of a minor son, Garin, and she filed this lawsuit as a conservator on his behalf.1 Defendant Associates for Women’s Health of Southern Oregon, LLC, is an obstetrics clinic that provided plaintiff with prenatal care and assisted with the delivery of Garin.
