This is a proceeding for the construction of the will of James Murphy, deceased. Testator died on the 26th day of March, 1935, leaving a last will and testament executed on the 15th day of March, 1935, and admitted to probate in Orleans County Surrogate’s Court on the 8th day of May, 1935.
