— In this case, the question for the decision of this court, as it was for the circuit court, is this: Does the complaint of the appellants, the plaintiffs below, state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action ?

In their complaint the appellants, nineteen in number, alleged in substance, that, in October, 1878, by the consideration of the said Parke Circuit Court, they had severally obtained divers judgments against the appellee William H.
