Emmett McDonald (“Movant”) appeals the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief stemming from his conviction for drug trafficking in the second degree, § 195.223.2(2) RSMo Cum. Supp. (1992).1 In Point I, Movant maintains the motion court erred when it ruled his trial lawyer was not ineffective for seeking a continuance of Movant’s motion to suppress.
